On this weeks show, we visit Ma'o Organic Farms. Highly supported by the who's who in the food service industry in Hawaii, Ma'o boast to the be biggest diversified organic farm in Hawaii with a mere 25 acres. Next, we follow the recent harvest to Tiki's Grill & Bar in Waikiki where Executive Chef Kapo prepares two dishes using the signature Sassy Green mix and Arugula with Ahi and Poke.
