This wee week on Hawaiian Grown TV, Grant Kawasaki travels to Kapalua and visits WeFarm. WeFarms grows organic vegetables, herbs and fruits for sale to the community, restaurants, resorts and retail stores. They also pasture raise chickens for egg production. Then we head to Pineapple Grill to see Executive Chef Ryan Luckey and how he uses these eggs on his menu.
