Ingredients

0sour cream
0milk
0jalapeno (freshly chopped)

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine avocados, sour cream, milk, jalapeno & salt. Puree until smooth. Reserve and chill. In a flat pan or stove top grill, slightly warm the tortillas until soft, keep warmed tortillas in a zip bag to keep them moist and soft until you are ready to roll them. Per tortilla, on a flat surface, use a teaspoon amount of chicken and spread it East to west linearly in the middle of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla very tightly, fold and tuck over the chicken until you have completely rolled to the other end of the tortilla. Place seam down in a pan or dish and place tightly next to the other pieces. If you tortillas unravel, use a toothpick to hold in place. In a medium pan at 375 degrees, heat a shallow amount of fry oil, fry 3-4 taquitos at a time seam down and turn over, after about a minute or until crispy. 2-3 minute total cook time. Drain on paper towel and season with salt immediately. Serve quickly with creamy cuacamole.

Notes
