Sorabol is the biggest Korean restaurant in Hawaii, a rambling place with table seating, private dining rooms and a cocktail lounge. The 24-hour service attracts its share of wee-hour clubbers the place has managed to retain its authenticity while enticing Westerners in to experience the sometimes mysterious world of Korean cookery. The wide-ranging menu includes English translations. Familiar kalbi and steamed butterfish are specialties, but you can also get things like abalone porridge and pan-fried chitterlings with vegetables.
