Mealani’s A Taste of the Hawaiian Range is not a fundraiser, but rather a promotion of Big Island agriculture. A portion of the proceeds from the event are circulated back to the community – including the American Culinary Federation Conference, the Kona-Kohala Chef de Cuisine, Shriners Hospital for Children- Honolulu, and the Pacific Marine Life Foundation, demonstration research projects, and rancher outreach programs.
