Make the Most of Everything

Hawaiian Grown Kitchen features various personalities and their business.  Food and the Hawaiian spirit are two equally important things that matter in Hawaii.

We have featured Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion® Cuisine.  It is a blend of European techniques and Asian cuisine with the touch of Hawaiian hospitality, thus creating a fine dining experience like no other.  On the other hand, the D.K Restaurant celebrated its return in Hawaii from the Mainland and opened its first Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar at the Kapalua Resorts on Maui. They conceptualize the fun and lively setting of serving contemporary sushi and innovative fusion of seafood which become an instant success.

Haleiwa Joe's Executive Chef Matt Small makes some demos on few his menu items. Some of which are Sautéed Opah with Asian-style tomato vinaigrette, Jerk infused char siu baby back ribs on a Hawaiian-style slaw and a Spicy Thai beef salad. Haleiwa Joe’s rapidly became a favorite of both locals and visitors alike. They also have one located at Haiku Gardens, just above the town of Kaneohe.

One episode of Hawaiian Grown Kitchen features Executive Chef Grant Kawasaki host Eggs 'N things.  General Manager Michael Skedeleski, on the other hand, discussed about the some of the top of the line menu items from the Strawberry Whip Pancakes to the Chicken Fried Steak.

The second annual Restaurant Week Hawaii is also featured. It will be a seven-day celebration of the cuisine scene in Hawaii. It features fine dining and fast-food style.  Participating restaurants will feature special menu items, promotions as well as discounts. Diners can try Hawaii's newest restaurants, dine at old favorites and taste various exceptional dishes prepared by Hawaii's chefs using Hawaii’s local produce.
As they say, your business is a money machine. It takes in money but you have to pay for labor, insurance, taxes, materials, entertainment, medical, auto maintenance and other expenditures which will keep your business run smoothly.

At Hawaiian Grown Kitchen, we will be able to feature your business in the most effective way to attract more customers to enjoy what’s in store for them.
